Terms of service

The service
The publishing tool at postiz.lucas.stream (the "Tool") is a private, self-hosted application operated by Lucas Almeida (the "Operator"). Its only purpose is to publish the Operator's own videos to the Operator's own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, has no registration, and no one other than the Operator may use it.
Use of third-party platforms
The Tool connects to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and LinkedIn through their official developer interfaces. Everything published through the Tool is subject to the terms of the platform it is published to. In particular, use of the YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Content
All videos published through the Tool are created by the Operator. The narration is a synthetic voice generated from a text prompt; it is not a recording of any real person. Videos that use generated audio are labelled as such where the platform provides a label.
No warranty
The Tool is provided as is, for the Operator's own use, without any warranty. The Operator may change, suspend or shut it down at any time.
